A Wonderful Easter Day

This morning Patrick, Hayden and I went to Caswell Springs for sunrise services. Donna didn't go because she wasn't feeling well. It started at 6:45 this morning. The service was good. After that we went to pick up McDonalds for breakfast.Then we came home and ate. Upon finishing breakfast Hayden and I went to feed the herd. When we came in we sent through our Easter Baskets. We both got ALOT of really cool stuff. However one thing that we both got was a kite. So we went out to fly our kites. Then later Donna and Patrick got up and went and hid eggs for us. After doing the Easter Egg hunt I went to get BK for everyone, except for me because I wanted to eat at home. After we ate we went to fly our kites in the pasture. Then Patrick and I zoomed up to McDonalds in Zu with the top down, and he got he and Donna something for dinner, Hayden and I ate here. Then we went to feed everyone. Now we are ready for bed. I'm exhausted. Time for bed.

Saturday for Old Fashioned Day

This morning we had Old Fashioned Day!(OFD) The Scout group had a booth that We manned along with a few other people.I walked around a little bit. I saw several people from McDonalds, it was kinda cool! Had a good time at OFD, exhausted now. Going to make a new high score on Temple Run! Goodnight!

Sunday is for Embroidering

Well last night we all went to bed late. Once we set our clocks ahead we all turned in about 1:30 or 2 this morning. Well Donna got me up at 8 to go get McDonalds. So I went and got it and when I got back everyone ate. Then Donna and Patrick were playing around with the Embroidery machine. After we ate Hayden and I went to feed the horses. Hayden was being a brat so he ran in the arena the whole time we were at the barn. I also groomed Bacardi. I had groomed him lastnight, however he had gone out and rolled, so I groomed him again this morning.
After taking care of the horses I came in and was thrilled to see Donna and Patrick in bed asleep! :) So after seeing them asleep I did a happy dance and went upstairs to lay down. It was about 9:30 when I laid down and I woke up about 1:30. I was so sleepy!!

Now we are embroidering a saddlepad. We've been playing with the Embroidering machine since I got up.
Now(@ 3:30) I'm beginning to wonder, is it nap time? I don't understand how I can still be tired,but I am tired. I think it's because when I sleep, I don't sleep as well as I used to.
Patrick said he wants to go relax though, so if they do I'm gonna go lay back down. My stomach kinda hurts and I feel really hot. I don't know what's wrong with me.

Schooling at BCM Mooring Farms

This morning Donna and Patrick left to go to Pensacola for something with the Romance Writers club, which Patrick is a member of.
Hayden and I went over to BCM Mooring Farms in Wilmer, AL to do some Cross Country schooling with Keri. We had a great time! We rode two horses that live at BCM. I rode a horse named B-Man. Hayden rode a pony named Rebels. Both horses did very well.
We jumped at most 18 inches. All of the horses did wonderfully.
Also today Pony Club went to BCM to school with Keri. So when we arrived about 1:30 the pony clubbers were wrapping it up. I turned in mine and Hayden's pony club registration forms.
I'm too excited about doing PC again! I can't wait to get my C-1!

Today before I could leave to go to BCM I had to clean the entire house!
I had to do all three bathrooms, dust, vacume the upstairs and downstairs, and I had to get the horse feed out of the truck.

I got everything finished up about 12:15 and we had to leave at 12:30, so we finished just in the nick of time!

When we got back home, Donna and Patrick were home in bed. We discussed dinner plans. We decided on Al Frescos, in Ocean Springs. Patrick called it in and Hayden and I drove to OS to pick it up.
When we got back home, everyone ate and then Hayden and I went to the barn to feed.

After feeding everyone I hopped on Bella bareback. We did some bareback jumping! Both Bella and I had great fun with this.We jumped two cavaletis several times!
When I got off of Bella, I groomed Blondie and Bacardi.
I took a video of Bacardi after I finished grooming him, he was playing with the lead rope trying to get it off! It was too funny.

Donna is now playing with her sewing machine. She is embroidering something for her dance bag that says" Donna's Dance Bag". It's too cute so far!

So sleepy, gotta set our clocks an hour ahead tonight, no wonder I am sleepy, it's midnight!

Thursday is for going to meet our future president, Mitt Romney

This morning I had to go in to work at 5. I was supposed to get off at 3, but actually ended up getting off early, it was about 9:30. So I brought home a biscuit for Donna and a burito for Hayden. Work went pretty

Lastnight Donna was checking her email(as we were watching The O'Riely Factor) and realized she had gotten an email saying that Mitt Romney would be in Pascagoula today, so we are planning to go see him! I am too excited! I can't wait to get a picture with our future president!
I will definitely get a picture with Romney!
We are all planning to wear our red shirts!

What a Wonderful Tuesday!

This morning I went to the dentist for a cleaning! It is such a huge difference to have the dentist clean your teeth as opposed to when you just brush them at home!I love going to the dentist!

After the dentist I went by Lowes to return some things. Then came home and got ready for work.
I was scheduled to work 11-6, but actually got off at 2:30. Which was exciting to me! So I hope to go ride, since I'm off early.

Yesterday, the 5th

Yesterday I went over and cleaned at Miss J's. Then came home and cleaned the guest bathroom. Then at 2 Donna, Hayden and I left to go over to the YMCA in Ocean Springs. Donna and I taught 2 ballet classes. The first class had about 9 kids all 4-5 year olds!(they were all such a joy) ha! The class lasted 30 minutes. The second class consisted of two kids, one seven year old and one eight year old. They were good! They really knew their ballet. Both classes were too much fun helping with.

After teaching the ballet classes, we left to take Hayden to his ballet/tap dance class. We dropped Hayden off at dance and went to eat at Sonic. Food was yummy. After picking up Hayden from dance we headed home.

When we arrived home, Donna was beyond exhausted, so we went and got ready for bed while Hayden and I went to feed the herd. After feeding, I got on Bella bareback and did walk, trot and canter.

When we came in from the barn, Hayden got a bath and I went to hang out in Donna's room, since I had to go feed Sonny and Smokey at 10:30, sice they missed a feeding. I watched Hannity and then one episode of Flipping Out. It was good! Haven't seen any of the Flipping Out episodes in a while.
I was pretty tired myself, so after feeding at 10:30, I turned in.

Confirmation and the Horses

This morning Hayden had confirmation at Ressurection. He had to be there about 8:45, the actual ceremony began at 9. Hayden, along with about 40 other 1,2 and a few third graders had their first confirmation. Hayden up and told Father Mike a few of his sins and asked for God's forgiveness. Then when everyone finished confessing thier sins, Father Mike talked to the kids some more, then we were dismissed.
We were supposed to go to a horseshow at the Vancleave covered arena, but realized we wouldn't make it in time, so we decided to go over to Ocean Springs to eat lunch at Al Frescos. It was yummy! After lunch we drove over to the show to see what was happeing, the show was over, the only people that were there was Mrs. Vickie and Katie. Katie was jumping when we arrived. We got out and talked a few minutes. Then we headed home.
When we got home, we all went out to the barn. Hayden and I rode. I had set up a jump course yesterday for Hayden and Popcorn, so we both worked on jumping. I rode Bella and Hayden rode Poppy!
We were trying to teach Hayden how and why to walk a jump course before riding it. While Donna and I walked it with him, Jasmine was right there helping out and walking it as well. She was jumping over the jumps, just like we were. I think Jasmine has found a new hobby! Which isn't a bad thing considering it is excercise and she needs to excercise!(Just like we ALL do) Ha!
Both horses did VERY well! Popcorn got a little excited, but not too bad. Hayden really did pretty well, he just needs to learn that it is okay for Popcorn to trot and even canter on a jump course, however they haven't jumped that much so I'm thinking how he handles Popcorn while jumping will improve the more he does it.

I have had a great day so far!

Cleaning!

This morning Patrick came home about noon instead of of midnight! Everyone was very excited about this! However I have been slacking with cleaning the house during the week, so I really had to get busy this morning, to get it finished before he came home.
So I didn't ride with Donna and Hayden to pick up Patrick. I stayed home to finish cleaning. After I finished Vacuming downstairs, mopping and doing the bathrooms, I had some laundry to put away so I took care of that!
Then I had some lunch. After lunch Jasmine and I went out to feed Sonny.While we were out there, Jasmine and I set up a jump course for Hayden and Popcorn.
Upon completion of the course set up, Jasmine and I decided to try it out and see how well it would work for Hayden and Popcorn. Jasmine had too much fun jumping over all of those jumps. After we did the course once I statred running and did it again, Jas followed me. So we got our excercise in today! We jumped a 7 jump course twice.
Too much fun!

Well when Donna, Patrick, and Hayden got home we all drove over to Woodhaven to see the home improvements that we just had done.
It looked great! Then I went to get dinner at Seaman's Cove. It was yummy!

Sudoku

While Hayden is doing his schooling, Donna has started getting Sudoku puzzles for me! They are too much fun! Tricky at first, but once you get the hang of them, they are a lot of fun to work! They really get you thinking. I have graduated from the "easy Sudoku puzzles" to "medium Sudoku puzzles!

This should be fun and challenging!

Work

Well this morning I went to work at 5. I think I like working early, although getting up early is a pain, it pays to be able to get off at one or two in the afternoon and to have the rest of the day to be with the family and do things we have planned. Work went well. I was in drive thru the whole time:-) I was in the second window until about 11. Had a great time considering it was work. I was supposed to get off at 2, but ended up getting off at about 12:30, so I was excited to get off early. I get to work again on Thursday! I can't believe I forgot to pick up my check before I left work today.
All in all today has been a good day! I hope to get out and ride Blondie and or Bacardi today! I need to help get Bacardi ready for a show I would like to participate in. I am wanting to do the Bullfrog division which is 2'3''! Too exciting!

Feb 26 = Busy Day!

On Saturday, Feb 26 we were so busy! Donna, Hayden and I got up about 5:45 am to go to Caswell Springs to help set up for the Pancake Breakfast fundraiser for the Scouts. The fundraiser was a great success! Thew Scouts made about 700 dollars! Then we got home and Donna and Patrick went to lay down, meanwhile hayden and I went to walk a neighbor's dog and ended up going to eat lunch with our neighbor.
We went to Ruby Tuesday. it was yummy!
Then we got back at about 2:30 and I went to lay down. Then about 5:15 Patrick woke me up to get ready to take Hayden to the Mississippi Surge Hockey game over at the Coliseum.
The game started at 7:00. It ended about 9:30pm with the Surge victory, 6-2!
Well after the game they had public ice skating so Hayden and I stayed to ice skate some. It was alot of fun. Hayden actually ice skates better than he roller skates.:) ha!

We ended up getting home about midnight, maybe a little later.

Great night, however exhausting it was!
